電話では、いつ、どこで、何があったかを、おちついて言いましょう。スマートフォンのGPSがオンのとき、かいじょうほあんちょうはばしょがわかります。
2024年、118ばんに40万かいくらい電話がありました。その99％くらいはまちがい電話やいたずら電話などでした。いたずら電話はぜったいにしないでください。こまっている人のたすけが、おそくなることがあります。
