2023年7月1日にでんどうキックボードのルールがかわりました。
大きさやはやさのきまりがあります。きまりにぜんぶあうものは、めんきょがいりません。でも、これは16さいからの人だけです。きまりにあわないものは今もめんきょがいります。
めんきょがいらないものにもルールがあります。16さいより下の人は、のってはいけません。おさけを飲んだ人も、のってはいけません。車道の左がわをはしってください。
ヘルメットもかぶりましょう。かぶらないで、じこでしんだ人がいます。

On July 1, 2023, the rules for electric kick scooters changed: a scooter that meets all the rules on size and speed needs no driver's license, but only for people aged 16 and over, while a scooter that does not meet the rules still needs a license. A license-free scooter has rules too: people under 16 must not ride it, people who have drunk alcohol must not ride it either, you ride it on the left side of the roadway, and you should also wear a helmet; riders without one have died in accidents.
