How Refill Prescriptions Work and What to Watch For
「リフィル処方箋」は、症状が安定している患者に医師の判断で出される処方箋で、2022年度に導入されました。通常の処方箋は1回しか使えませんが、リフィル処方箋は医師が決めた期間内に最大3回まで使えます。診察は1回だけで、2回目以降は診察なしで薬局で薬を受け取れます。受診の回数や待ち時間が減るため、通院の負担や診察費用などの軽減につながります。
ただし、新薬・湿布薬・向精神薬など一部の薬は対象外です。病名だけで必ず発行されるわけではなく、医師が判断します。
1回目は4日以内に使います。2回目以降は調剤予定日の前後7日間に薬局で受け取ります。薬局では薬剤師が体調を確認します。できるだけ同じ薬局を利用してください。次に使うまで処方箋をなくさないように保管してください。
気になる症状や体調の変化があれば、期間内でも医師の診察を受けてください。利用したい人は、まずかかりつけの医師に相談しましょう。
