道にあながあいていたり、物がおちていたりするのを見つけたら、#9910に電話しましょう。24時間365日、いつでも電話できます。電話のお金はかかりませんが、IP電話などでは、データつうしんのお金がかかることがあります。車の人だけでなく、歩いている人や自転車の人も電話できます。ただ、私道などの私有地は、#9910のたいしょうではありません。交通事故は、けいさつの110番に電話してください。2024年3月からは、LINEでも知らせることができます。写真やスマホのGPSで、ようすや場所を正しくつたえられます。電話もLINEも、安全な場所から使い、運転中はぜったいに使わないでください。

If you find a hole or a fallen object on the road, call #9910, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The call itself is free, but IP phones and similar may be charged for data. Pedestrians and cyclists can report too, but private roads and other private land are not covered, and traffic accidents go to the police at 110. Since March 2024 you can also report on LINE with a photo and your phone's GPS; use either method only from a safe place, never while driving.
