道にあながあいていませんか。道にものがおちていませんか。こんなときは、#9910に電話しましょう。24時間、いつでも電話できます。車の人だけではありません。あるいている人や、じてんしゃの人も電話できます。電話は、あんぜんなところからしてください。車をうんてんしているときは、電話しないでください。こうつうじこは、けいさつの110ばんに電話してください。スマホのLINEからも、れんらくできます。しゃしんをおくることもできます。

If you see a hole in the road or something that has fallen on it, call #9910 at any time of day. People walking or cycling can call too, not only drivers. Call from a safe place, never while driving, and report traffic accidents to the police at 110. You can also report through LINE and send a photo.
