When buying toys, baby beds or strollers for small children, look for the Kodomo (Child) PSC Mark, which shows the product meets safety standards. Keep toys with small balls away from children under 3, fasten the stroller seat belt and never leave a child in it, and report any accident to the shop or maker, or call 188 if you cannot reach them.
